(Using the organization&#8217;s strengths)<\/p><p>3-Improving the efficiency of the production line, increasing employee motivation, and improving the technical and scientific capabilities of personnel through training and increasing skill levels (using the organization&#8217;s strengths).<\/p><p>Our core belief at Matin Teb Maham Company is that achieving desired results in the aforementioned areas is possible through the empathy and participation of all employees.
